Question Worth the upgrade to DDR5?

Hello all.
I recently upgraded my gpu to a 5090 and was wondering about the last older thing in my computer..my ram.
I am still using DDR4. It’s currently 64 GB of 4000Mhz.
I am currently running;
MSI pro z690 ddr4 mobo
i7 14700K
64GB ddr4 4000mhz ram
Rtx 5090
360mm aio
1000W psu
Win 11
1440p monitor

With a 14 series CPU and the 5090, I feel silly running DDR4. Is it worth the upgrade to DDR5?
I would go with a z790 and 64GB of 6000Mhz DDR5.

Not worth it if you want to do a full upgrade for literally like 5-7 FPS more.

No, not worth it IMO. As above, the gains are practically nothing. Some apps might benefit more from the bandwidth, but if purely for gaming, the expense of a decent mobo to go with your set up, which would be about 200-300%, you just don't get that much back from it for gaming.

Yeah it’s gaming 90% of the time. I do leave apps up during gaming and have apps like discord, hwmonitor, afterburner, etc up all the time
Usually have up twitch or YouTube when gaming too

Oh trust that is why I got the 5090. Going 4K OLED very shortly just doing research on the best one. I want to stay with 32 inch. I do not want ultra wide

alright sounds like the answer is no. I will use that money towards something else.
4k OLED will be coming as well.
id take some recommendations on any 4k oleds 32 inch monitors for anyone who knows
