News Ryzen 9 9950X hits 7.54 GHz to break numerous world records — Zen 5 flagship raises the bar for 16-core CPUs

The benchmark scores are impressive, but I'm more curious how they did it!? I can't really find any guides for going beyond the 200MHz PBO OC and would love to push my 9950x3D beyond 6GHz.

You're not going to without exotic cooling being involved. Also, these extreme numbers they get are for only a few seconds at a time.
I've got thermal headroom for it. CB24, OCCT, and other stress tests max my system out at ~78C under long tests. I can handle a minute or two of heavy bursts, and when it hits TJMax, the system can throttle and keep it and that limit. I'm not looking for 7.54Ghz. But if I could hit 6GHz on CCD0 and maybe 6.2GHz on CCD1, why not?

Get to it! Have some fun! Post the numbers.
