I forgot that Windows likes to be a royal pain and update drivers regardless once there are none.

So...I uninstalled my last GPU drivers....and restarted....then windows installed drivers on it's own. The 3.142 ones to be exact...I don't want those....so I went to unintall them and they are not in the Control Panel Uninstall list.

How the hell do I get these drivers off my computer??

And how do I stop Windows from screwing up my computer and downloading drivers without my consent?

As long as you didn't switch GPU manufacturers, just install the updated drivers that you want and they will overwrite the 3.142. Windows installs the drivers because it needs to be able to use the card to send signal to your display. If you don't want the drivers to install automatically just plug the monitor into the HDMI, DVI or VGA port on your motherboard and restart the computer.
