if you pushed the reset button the card is running at stock frequency with no overclock. -

a gpu has two modes idle and under load when under-load the card will increase in frequency and fan speed its normal -

Is the Xeon E5450 the same thing as the C2Q Q9650?
they are for differnt sockets one for lga 775 and one for 771 so their not interchangable -

PC Repair On Carpet!!
honestly just dont repetitively rub the sensitive components on the carpet and you shouldnt have a issue. avoid touching the metal contacts. and yes you can do it in a onzie if your hart desires
